How to care for your clothing: Please refer to the care instruction label inside the clothing item. For best results when caring for your clothing item we recommend Hand Wash (Gentle or Delicate Cycle) and Line Dry. If an item is damaged while washing or drying it we are not responsible for the damaged item.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Please include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item. The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage) with all tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately at bluishandcoboutique@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS for that! XO

Exchanges: Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!) send your unwanted item back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must received within the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS for that! XO

Sale Items: All items purchased ending in .99 or with a discount of 30% or higher are final.

Flash Sales: All items sold through a Flash Sale are a final sale. 

Grab Bags: All Grab Bags purchased are a final sale. 

Shipping: When items have been shipped out and leave Bluish and Co. a tracking number will be emailed to you. From the point that the item(s) are shipped and a tracking number is assigned it is not Bluish and Co.s responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Because we do not have control over the USPS delivery system we will not be held accountable for undelivered packages. We advise all customers to contact their local USPS with the tracking number Bluish and Co. provides and research the package from that point.
